The Product Orders FAQ will answer questions you have about ordering, paying, or downloading products you have purchased.
BUYING A PRODUCT
First, you have come to the best place to buy private label rights (PLR) and resell rights products as we have 1,000's of products in many different topics you can purchase. The best place to start is to search our site via our search bar in the upper right hand corner or via our drop down menus to find products you are interested in purchasing. Then you can determine if the product has the License Type you need for the plan you have for the product such as rebranding and reselling the product, reselling the product, or using the product just for your own personal use. If you need more information on product license and license types, see question #2 below.
Each of our products comes with its own specific product license. The product license details basically what you can and cannot do with the product. You will find the product license for each of our products listed under the Product Description in the Distribution Rights And License Terms sections. Each product will have a different license type and can be a combination of license types including Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resale Rights, Resell Rights, and Personal Use Rights.
We have included an indicator next to the title of each product description showing the license type. We have included a list of the various License Type and examples of how we use them in our product titles for your reference.

3. What Rights Do I Get With Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resale Rights (MRR), Resell Rights (RR), and Personal Use Rights (PU)?
- Private Label Rights (PLR) - Private Label Rights also known as "PLR" gives you the right to rebrand and resell the product to your customers. You can put your name on the product as if you wrote or created the product and then use the product for your own private use or resell the product to your customers. PLR products are a great way to get started with selling products with an online business, add products to an existing business, or add content to your blog, websites, or mail list.
- Master Resale Rights (MRR) - Master Resale Rights also known "MRR" gives you the right to resell the product to your customers with the right for them to resell the product with those same rights to their customers.
- Resell Rights (RR) - Resell Rights also known as "RR" gives you the right to resell the product to your customers but does not allow your customers to resell the product.
- Personal Use Rights (PU) - Personal Use rights also known "PU" gives you the right to use the product for your personal use only and you cannot resell the product.
4. Do I Need To Register For An Account To Purchase A Product?
Yes, but it is really quick to sign up for an account. Just click on the link "Login / Register" in the top right corner of the screen to quickly get signed up. The reason we have all our customers sign up for an account is so they can login and get access to their current and past product orders along with printing out product order invoices. In addition, a customer account allows us to help you with any problems you may have accessing your product orders. You can signup for an account ahead of time or once you place your order. It is quick and easy.
5. How Do I Use A Discount Coupon Code For Products I Want To Purchase?
You can use a coupon code for a product you want to purchase by entering in the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page. Once you add a product to your shopping cart, you will see the Shopping Cart summary page listing the products you selected. Right below the product total, you will see a box called "Apply Coupon." Enter in your coupon code in the box, then click the Go button. You will then see a revised total with your discount being applied. Right below the Subtotal, you will see the Discount line. That is your total discount.
If the coupon does not work, then that means you either entered it wrong or it is out of date. We have different promotions and sales throughout the year so make sure the coupon is still up to date.

6. Does PLRProducts.com Have A Membership Program?
No, we do not have any type of membership programs. We only sell individual digital downloadable products.7. Can I Sell Or List Resell Rights Products On Third Party Platforms (Amazon, Ebay, etc.)?
Generally, many private label rights (PLR) and other resell rights products allow you to list products on third party platforms for sale but there is no guarantee that the third party platforms will actually let you list them for sale. Each third party platform has their own set of policies and vetting processes to allow sellers to list products for sale. So you need to make sure when you purchase a product that you select a product that comes with the rights to allow you to resell the product on a third party platform. Then you will need to make sure you abide by the third party platforms policies to get the product listed. Due to this, PLRProducts.com does not make any guarantees at all regarding the ability to list products on third party platforms. One tip that we can give is that some of our customers have told us over the years that if you take, for example, a PLR product and rebrand it with a new title, graphic cover, and add some unique content, then you have a much better chance of getting the product listed on third party plaforms since the product will become more unique. 2. What If I Was Charged For A Product But I Did Not Receive The Product (My Bank Says I Was Charged For The Product)?
Check Spam Folder And Log Into Account To Check For Product
If you were charged for a product and did not receive the product, then it is possible that your email was put in incorrectly or was bounced as spam by your email provider. Check your spam or junk folder. Also, log into your PLRProducts.com account and check to see if your transaction was processed and you have a download link. You can follow the instructions below to learn how to log into your PLRProducts.com account.
Payment Status (Try Different Payment Method)
If you do not get an email and do not find any download in your account, then this means that your order did not get processed due to payment issues. Our payment processor is fairly strict and will reject payment from your bank if the name and billing address does not match exactly. Also, some countries such as Nigeria have had problems processing transactions using Visa type gift cards. If you run into problems with your transaction, then please try an alternative form of payment such as PayPal.
Authorized Payment Showing On Your Account Or Credit Card
As discussed above, if your bank or credit card company shows that you have a pending charge on your account but you (1) do not get an email from us and (2) your account shows no product orders, then this means that our bank has rejected payment from your bank or credit card company.
This is how it works. You make a payment which your bank or credit card company authorizes and sends the payment to our bank. Our bank does fraud and other checking and if everything looks good, our bank accepts the payment and your order is processed. Otherwise, if the name, address, or other information is not correct, they will reject the payment from your bank or credit card company. This means we do not get paid and no order gets processed. Your account will still show a pending authorization for the payment your bank tried to make to our bank. So on your side, it will look like a payment was made but in reality it was not. Once your bank or credit card company gets the payment rejection from our bank, your bank or credit card company will then credit your account. The credit on your account can sometimes take several days or much longer depending on the bank and country.
We have had to deal with this issue many times which is why we are including such a detailed description of the issue.
3. Payment Error or Payment Gets Rejected
If you try to pay for your order and get a payment error or your payment gets rejected, then you should try to pay for the order again or try using a different payment method. For example, if your credit card payment does not work, then try using PayPal, etc. Sometimes our credit card processor is very picky and sometimes rejections credit card payments if your billing address in your PLRProducts.com account does not exactly match the billing address for your credit card. Also, some countries such as Nigeria have problems
processing transactions using Visa type gift cards. If you run into
problems with your transaction, then please try an alternative form of

1. How Can I Download My Products Once I Have Placed My Order? (Logging Into Your PLRProducts.com Account)
Once you have paid for your product order, you will be returned to the PLRProducts.com store site. You can access your product order the two ways listed below.
Email Access To Your Order
- After you pay for your product order, you will be sent an email that includes the download links to the products you ordered.
- You can also access the products you ordered via your customer account as described below.
Logging Into Your PLRProducts.com Account (Immediate Access To Your Product Order)
- Click on the "My Account" link on the top menu or the Login / Register link in the right corner on the main PLRProducts.com Home Page.
- Under "Returning Customers," enter in your account email and password.

- Find your order on the Account screen under "Track Your Recent Orders." See Image Below.
- Click on "View Details" next to each Product Order# and you will see the Download link for each product.
- Click on the Download link to download the product file.

2. How Can I Access or Download My Product Orders In The Future?
As long as you have an account, you can log into your PLRProducts.com account as described above and access all of your product orders and invoices.
3. How To Uncompress Product Files (Zip or 7Z Format Files)
Most of our product files come in Zip format which is the most widely used format. Some of our products files use the 7Z format. Both of these file formats allow for large amount of files to be put into one single file. - ZIP File Format - Once you download a product file in ZIP
format, you just need to use a program to unzip the zip file. Most computers have a ZIP file program included that will uncompress a ZIP formatted file. You can also get free programs from the Internet that will allow you to
uncompress these files. Some of these programs are WinZip at Winzip.com.
- 7Z File Format - Once you download a product file in 7Z format, you just need to use a program to uncompress the 7Z file. You can get free programs from the Internet that will allow you to uncompress a 7Z formatted file. The most popular one is 7-Zip at 7-zip.org
4. Viruses And Malware Protection Scans We Do On All Products
We
scan all of our products to make sure they are free from any viruses
and malware. Before we sell any product, we scan each product with
Norton Anti-virus and Malware Bytes software. We ensure that all of our
products are free from viruses and malware. Once in a while we have
had a customer tell us that their anti-virus or malware software may say a certain
file is not safe. This happens once in a while where certain anti-virus
or malware programs have "false positives." The problem usually gets resolved
once they run a different anti-virus or malware program and see that everything is

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of information products being provided in downloadable form, we do not give refunds on the electronic products unless the file is defective or was ordered incorrectly. If you do have a situation that qualifies for a refund, please contact us via our Contact Form within 7 days of your purchase so we can process the refund for you. We will refund you the full purchase price of the products back on your original form of payment such as credit card, PayPal, etc. Once we receive your refund request and determine that is qualifies for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
